Up and running in three steps.

Each license is made for your computer, so you install first and we make your license from its code.

Choose your plan

Pick 1 or 2 years and send us the short request form. Tell us whether you use a Mac (Apple chip or Intel) or Windows, and we'll send the right installer.

Install & send your code

Open the app. It starts on a License screen that shows your computer's code. Click Copy and send it to us.

Apply your license

We send you a license file. Choose it in the app, click Apply, and add your first student.

Prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). Each license is made for one computer. Need it on more than one? Just ask. If a license ends, the app turns view-only: you can still see, back up and export everything, and nothing is ever deleted.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. Tudlo Tracker runs on your computer and works with no connection at all. Nothing about your students is sent to the internet.

Where is my data stored?

On your own computer only. The app backs itself up once a day and keeps the last 30 backups. You can also make one yourself, download it, and copy it to a USB stick or Google Drive for safekeeping.

Which computers does it work on?

Windows PCs, and Macs with either an Apple chip (M1 and newer) or an Intel processor. We'll send the installer that matches your computer.

Can I use it on more than one computer?

Each license is made for one computer. If you teach from a laptop and a desktop, message us and we'll sort out a license for each.

What happens when my license ends?

The app keeps working for 7 more days. After that it becomes view-only: you can still look at everything, make backups and export, but you can't add or change anything until you renew. Nothing is ever deleted. To renew, we send you a new license file. You don't reinstall and your data doesn't change.

What if I get a new computer?

Install the app on the new computer and send us its code. We'll make a new license with the same end date, and you restore your latest backup. Everything comes back as it was.
