Cookies Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026 · Effective: 8 September 2026
This policy explains how this website uses cookies and similar technologies. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
On this page
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website (or one of its partners) stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, tracking pixels and tags. They can be “first-party” (set by the site you’re visiting) or “third-party” (set by another service), and “session” (deleted when you close the browser) or “persistent” (kept for a set time).
2. What this website currently uses
This website does not set any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use local storage or session storage of its own. There is nothing to accept or reject.
| Cookie / technology | Set by | Purpose | Type & duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| None | Tudlo (first-party) | We place no first-party cookies or storage. | — |
Some third-party services the site relies on receive data about your visit even though they don’t place a cookie through this site:
-
Google Fonts — the site loads font files from
fonts.gstatic.com. No cookie is set, but Google receives your IP address when the fonts load. We are moving to self-hosted fonts to remove this. - Web3Forms — only when you submit the enquiry form. It processes your IP address for spam filtering and may set a short-lived cookie on its own domain as part of handling the submission. See web3forms.com/privacy.
- GitHub Pages (our host) — sets no cookies, but keeps standard server logs including your IP address.
3. Why you don’t see a cookie banner
A consent banner is required when a site stores or reads non-essential information on your device. Because this site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, no prior consent is needed and no banner is shown.
If we later add analytics, a social-media pixel, an embedded video or map, a live-chat widget or a calendar embed, we will show a consent banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies before they load — with rejecting as easy as accepting, and nothing pre-selected — and we will update this page first.
4. How to control cookies and requests
- You can block or delete cookies, and block third-party requests, in your browser settings. Guidance for every major browser is at aboutcookies.org.
- Browser features or extensions that block third-party requests will stop the Google Fonts request described above (the site will fall back to a standard system font).
- “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals: we don’t track visitors, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off. If we add tracking in future, our consent banner will be the way to control it.
5. Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page whenever the technologies used on the site change, and move the “last updated” date.
